MISSION

Abruzzo Sviluppo was established in 1995 with the purpose of carrying out, exclusively for the Region of  Abruzzo, initiatives on local development - particularly aimed at supporting and qualifying the regional industrial system – in the areas of technological innovation, Research and Technological Development (R&TD), internationalisation, territorial marketing and funding.
The Mission of the Agency is to analyse and coordinate the needs of all the stakeholders in the territory, optimising time and resources for the implementation of strategic actions of industrial promotion.
Moreover the Company favours relationships between the enterprises from Abruzzo and the institutions, partnerships with foreign countries, and supports the regional structures and the other institutions actively involved in the territory with the objective of fostering Abruzzo’s competitiveness and  attractiveness within the national, EU and non-EU framework.
The various and distinct practice areas highlight the reach of Abruzzo Sviluppo and define its role as endorser of regional policies, conferring to it, a strategic role in the enhancement and the development of research and innovation, internationalisation, territorial economic development and EU policies.
